TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
1. Organizer

The sweepstakes is conducted in cooperation with:

The cooperation partners provide individual components of the prize but are not organizers of the sweepstakes.
2. Participation Period
Participation in the sweepstakes is possible until July 31, 2026, 6:00 PM CET.
Entries received after this deadline will not be considered.
3. Participation
Participation takes place by fully completing and submitting the entry form on the sweepstakes microsite.
Only one entry per person is permitted. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude multiple entries, automated entries, or any attempts at manipulation.
4. Eligibility
Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Organizer and the participating cooperation partners, as well as their relatives, are excluded from participation.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winners will be selected randomly after the closing date.
The winners will be notified via email using the email address provided in the entry form.
If a winner does not respond within 14 days after notification, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.
6. Newsletter Consent Optional
Participants may voluntarily subscribe to the free newsletter of:

Subscription to the newsletter is voluntary and has no influence on participation or chances of winning.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time with future effect, for example via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
7. Prize Description
The following prize will be raffled:
One 8 day trip for two persons to Namibia.
The prize includes:
Return flights for two persons from Frankfurt Main in economy class including airport taxes security charges and standard checked baggage
Hotel accommodation including breakfast and dinner
Organized experience program on site
Travel services are provided by an external tour operator. Upon acceptance of the prize, the travel contract is concluded exclusively
between the winner and the respective tour operator.
The terms and conditions of the executing tour operator apply. The Organizer acts solely as an intermediary for the prize.
Travel period: The travel period is between October 1, 2026 and April 15, 2027.
Travel dates are subject to availability. There is no entitlement to a specific travel date.
The total value of the trip is approximately EUR 5,000.
7.1 Participant Responsibilities
Winners are responsible for:
Valid travel documents
Visa requirements
Entry regulations
Health requirements
Required vaccinations
Necessary insurance coverage including travel health insurance
7.2 Excluded Services
The following services are not included in the prize:
Travel to and from Frankfurt airport
Personal expenses including tips and additional meals
Insurance
Services not explicitly mentioned
8. Force Majeure and Changes
If the trip cannot be carried out due to force majeure official orders security situations or comparable circumstances there is no entitlement to execution.
The Organizer reserves the right to provide an appropriate alternative prize.
9. Liability
The Organizer is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior.
Travel flight or other services are the responsibility of the respective service providers.
10. Taxes and Acceptance of Prize
Any taxes or personal charges associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
The prize is considered accepted only once the winner explicitly confirms acceptance.
11. Data Processing
Data collected as part of the sweepstakes will be used for conducting the sweepstakes and may be transferred to cooperation partners for prize processing.
If the newsletter is subscribed the data will be transferred to Enders Colsman AG in accordance with section 6.

12. Exclusion Cash Payment and Termination
Violation of these conditions will result in exclusion.
Cash payment exchange or transfer of the prize is excluded.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the sweepstakes at any time for important reasons.
13. Social Media Disclaimer
This sweepstakes is not associated with Meta Instagram or Facebook and is neither sponsored endorsed nor administered by them.
14. Applicable Law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
Legal recourse is excluded.
15. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
1. The competition is organized by SOKRATIV GmbH, Rüsbergstraße 50a, 58456 Witten on behalf of the
Sony Pictures Entertainment Deutschland GmbH, Linkstr.2, 10785 Berlin.
2. The following prizes will be raffled off:
>> 5 × 1 BULLS Tokee Lite 24 incl. limited GOAT sticker set worth approx. €620.00 each.
The bicycles will be handed over via the BULLS specialist dealer nearest to the winner.
>> 1x private cinema room for up to 150 people for a special screening of "GOAT - Ready for Big Jumps" in a cinema of your choice
near the winner, with a total value of approximately €1,500.
>> 100 x 2 free cinema tickets for "GOAT - Bock auf große Sprünge" - redeemable in all cinemas in Germany.
The value of each cinema ticket is approximately €10.
3. Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 and over residing in Germany. Employees of SOKRATIV GmbH and the companies involved in the competition, as well as their relatives and legal entities, are excluded from participation.
4. Participation is only possible once per eligible participant and is independent of the purchase of goods or services.
5. A person participates in the competition by answering the competition question and completing the form in full.
The deadline for entries is February 28, 2026 (6:00 PM).The decisive factor is the server's digital timestamp at the time of transmission.
6. The winners will be determined by a private drawing and notified via the email address provided. The prize will be delivered by sending the travel documents digitally. Participants do not incur any shipping costs.
7. The prize is non-transferable. Cash payment or exchange of the prize is not possible. The winner accepts any necessary changes to the prize that are due to factors beyond the control of the companies involved in the competition.
SOKRATIV GmbH guarantees an equivalent prize in this case. Delivery of the prize notification may take up to eight weeks. If the winners do not contact SOKRATIV GmbH within four weeks of receiving notification, the prize will be forfeited.
8. In the event of a violation of these terms and conditions of participation, SOKRATIV GmbH reserves the right to exclude individuals from the competition. Individuals who gain an unfair advantage through manipulation or other illegal means will also be excluded.
9. SOKRATIV GmbH reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition in whole or in part and to refrain from awarding a prize if technical difficulties or other circumstances arise that are beyond the control of SOKRATIV GmbH and/or which SOKRATIV GmbH cannot influence.

11. The personal data collected in the entry form (title, first and last name, street, house number, postal code, city, email address, date of birth) will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the prize draw and will be deleted immediately after the winners have been drawn and successfully notified. We will request the winners' full address details from them after the draw and, with their explicit consent (which we will obtain later), forward them to the relevant participating companies so that they can book the travel prize. The processing of personal data is based on your consent, given by participating, pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR by the aforementioned entity. You have the following rights under the GDPR regarding your data: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), withdrawal of consent (Art. 7 para. 3), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77).
12. By activating the opt-in to be contacted for advertising purposes via email and/or post, the participant agrees that their data may also be used for the company's marketing purposes.

13. Should any provision of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that, to the extent legally permissible, most closely reflects the intentions of the parties involved. The same applies in the event of a gap in these terms and conditions.
